I didn't get home until after dark, so here is the new addition to the family at delivery. It is supposed to rain tomorrow, so I'll try to upload some photos after ceramic coating on Monday.

Picked up my new ride today. It sat at Emden for 2 months before catching a ride over. Now my 2022 911 Turbo S has company. Meet my Cayenne Turbo GT. I drove it 100 mile to get home. That is one bad ass vehicle!!! View attachment 1902 View attachment 1903 View attachment 1904

I have P zeros on my cab and ……(sorry) hate them.
Of course but It's like any "connaisseur" (sorry for the french word that sounds snobish). Same with good wine or single malt scotchs or anything else. The "connaisseur" (here i go again) will learn and develop a taste... for the best in everything!

For now, lets let @DoctorFreeze make his own mind. BTW, I love my GY tires! 😅 But I probably don't know better and I'm no connaisseur)! LOL!

Curious about the perceived differences. I have no reference point so they feel amazing to me! 😆
There’s more road noise, particularly when they start wearing. They wear out rather quickly, despite not providing amazing grip comparably. That’s how I feel about the Goodyear as well which came on my 992. I’m actually happier to see p zeros because it’s an indication that something is changing .

When I changed to the Michelin, 4S it was almost immediate on both cars. There’s less road noise, better grip, and just an overall more comfortable riding tire.

There is a topic that I debate the guys in service. It’s that the Pirelli seem to attract more nails. I got a ton of flat tires with them. It’s not just those tires. For instance, the Continental sport contact or a great tire, but also attract nails. Service feels that the nail does not discriminate. neither of us have proof other than anecdotal experience. The say wrote this is a separate paragraph. I have a suspicion about the tread and nail retention.
