If you have ACC you should have all the hardware necessary to enable Innodrive. Did you check your MyPorche account?

On my new targa, I am missing the lane speed indicator. I do have the adaptive cruise control (but not the innodrive). Do you guys know if there is any possibility to fit lane speed indicator or buy innodrive in after-sales? At taycan I believe this is possible
