There are some spy shots circling around of what the cabin is going to look like on the facelifted model of the 911. Odds are that we will probably see something similar to this in the 992.

I'm not expecting Porsche to make any significant changes to their interior styling with the 992's, and I think that's okay. We know that buyers of these vehicles aren't very accommodating of significant revisions.

Although i'm not yet in the ballpark for what these go for, a 992 GT3 interior is what i'm looking forward to. There's just something a special about how Porsche brings together premium design and high sporty appeal in one package:

We've already seen GT3 992 test mules, so that's where you'll have to go to get this kind of cabin design. It does look like they have simplified the interior design over the outgoing 911, but they need to differentiate their race variants.

New Porsche models like the Taycan and Panamera does give hope to an advanced interior that doesn't take away from its sporty character.

Electric vehicles from Porsche should have a greater emphasis on technology but 911's should be slightly dialed back.
