First time seeing the shifter and i'm not a fan. Compared to Jaguar's pop-up shifter, I rather have it instead of this stubby looking version. Thankfully the 911 has much more going for it.

Porsche has released an official trailer for the next generation 911, which gives us a look at the new design inside and out. We get a much closer look at the gear shifter (2:09), which I have some mixed feelings about.

This is a great add and I love how the car looks with the wider track. They have done an excellent job making it look modern, but keeping some classic design cues. Excited for the new era.

Thankfully its one car that will always stay true to its roots.
It looks like from the comments that some people think its unrealistic to have a female driver? I know statistically that there are probably more male 911 drivers, but come on people its just an advertisement. I'm sure there are plenty of female Porsche enthusiasts.
