Went for a nice ride and a long hike but had to drive on a gravel road. Very slowly and for no more than a couple of minutes.

On our way back, I got a Tire pressure alert (-4 PSI). Oh well, figured that after more than 4K km, I was due for my first flat.

Then I checked the tire pressure screen and it showed them all even (second pic)?! Confirmed manually and I have even pressure on both sides (28 PSI).

Do the sensors have « premonition »? I didn’t fill the « faulty » tire. Are the sensors going to come back to their « senses »?

Apologies for the french language settings

They are low . Dealerships generally overfill them but I realize why. Over time and temp they end up like yours . Its likely not. flat but you would know that tomorrow . Just add air and all within be fine.
Thanks Larry! I was just surprised to see the alert for the right tire with even pressures on both sides, on the screen and when I take the pressure myself. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I thought the alert was for the discrepancy between tires. It says - 4 PSI when the pressure is the same on the left side

Should all 4 tires have the same pressure?

Have you let the car sit ? Has it gotten colder outside ? Those two factors usually trip my code on a 911.
Since all tires were low, I filled them all up. Warning light disappeared. Now, we wait.

Still not sure what should be the ideal tire pressure on a 911. The numbers on the door panel are crazy high.

You have the comfort settings . The high load are the door panel and usually where the dealership sets it . You ought got be ok. If another low reading trips then you have to get it checked.

I thought the door pressures were really high…I backed off at least 5 pounds on each suggestion. Is that enough???
The door jam numbers are crazy high 37 front and 45 back!!!!🥵

I found in my PCM the «recommended » and programmed tire pressure for my 992 to be 29 front and 32 back…which I found low?!

My SA wrote me to say between 34 to 36 front and 37 to 40 in the back. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Since my « faulty » tire pressure warning, I now pumped them around 32/35. A compromise.

Don’t know what others have.

Just checked mine, currently 32 front and 36 rear so I may adjust it. Thanks!

The tire pressure on the door panel are the ones you should use. I do. My Turbo S door panel says 38 front 48 rear.

To my surprise mine came with a perfect tire pressure combo (33 and 38) from the dealer. As if he knew what I like. As I was driving to pick it up, I had my handy meter in my car, ready to adjust the pressure from the dealer standard of setting the pressure to max.
